We are constantly reviewing new products. We seek out and assess items we can incorporate into our showroom, offering them to our customers, friends, and even our own home. We test the product, service, warranty, and function, making sure it is something we believe in enough to offer to you.

Part of this process includes being involved in new product development for many national manufacturers. By being involved on the front end and offering our experience, knowledge and what consumers are looking for, we can suggest better ways of ensuring the products will withstand the test of time.

We keep careful watch on the development; order processing, customer service and delivery. If they cannot take care of us, we cannot take care of you, and we don’t want to offer something that may be a potential problem.

The product is the first step. The perfection of the application is the second step. If the product calls for a service outside of SCC Kitchen Bath & Home, we handpick the individuals to do this. They must meet our criteria before we will even consider bringing them into our team.
